Emergences Musicales
Created in 2023 by the Saison culturelle de Montreux, the "Emergences Musicales Montreux-Riviera" format is a residency offered to emerging French-speaking singer-songwriters, set in the Belle Époque atmosphere of the Caux Palace, above Montreux.
During these Emergences Musicales, young artists write, compose, and collaborate under the guidance of experienced musicians. The theatre at the Caux Palace also hosts a series of exclusive and intimate concerts performed by the various participating artists.
The Emergences Musicales are also part of special initiatives supported by the presence of the Commune of Montreux in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network for music. In this context, the Saison culturelle collaborates with several cities and similar institutions to support emerging artists and help expand their international reach.

Saison culturelle de Montreux
For over 20 years, the Saison culturelle de Montreux foundation has been offering a program on the Riviera focused on French chanson, choral art, and exclusive performances. With the closure of the Montreux Convention Center from mid-2023 to mid-2026, the foundation has worked to rethink its core mission and develop new formats, bringing it even closer to local communities, artists, and audiences in general.

Your concert ticket includes free public transport in Mobilis zones 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, and 77, 2nd class. Valid 3 hours before and 3 hours after the performance.
