VMCV x Théâtre Montreux Riviera

VMCV is pleased to become a partner of the Théâtre Montreux Riviera (TMR) on the occasion of its 50th season.

The TMR began its professional activities during the 1976–1977 season. Fifty years later, the theatre has become a key part of the cultural life of Montreux and the surrounding region. Located in the Maison Visinand, in the heart of Montreux's Old Town, the theatre has a particular focus on comedy and presents several shows each year, most of which are original productions created by its own teams.

Celebrating a 50th season

The 2026–2027 season marks an important milestone in the TMR's history. To celebrate this anniversary, the theatre is presenting a programme centred around laughter, creativity and sharing, including four original productions. Its auditorium, fully renovated over the summer, now bears the name of Jean-Pierre Duchoud, the theatre's founder.

Through this new partnership, VMCV is delighted to join in this anniversary and support a cultural institution that has been contributing to the richness and vitality of the Riviera for half a century.
